Butch Femme Planet - What are you having for dinner tonight?

Last night was dinner on the patio at a local hole in the wall...

shrimp po boy
thick cut fries
and iced cold Miller Lite :)

Tonight, we're grilling out with some friends...

hamburgers with the cheese stuffed inside
pasta salad with lots of cucumber & tomatoes
fresh fruit salad
and I'm sure a few beers :)

We had bbq shrimp as an appetizer.
Next salmon grilled to golden in lemon butter and white pepper
new potatoes also grilled in the same sauce with garlic and fresh cauliflower in sharp cheddar cheese.
Pinot Noir wine Louis Jadot 1997. chilled
Closed out with Key Lime Pie

Already simmerin' in the crockpot...

roast with fresh mushrooms in a brown gravy
I will add the red potatoes & carrots when I go home at lunch so they don't get too soggy ;)
spinach salad with almonds, feta cheese & raspberry vinagerette
topped off with a glass of merlot

I had a house salad with extra ginger dressing, a clear mushroom soup, veggie tempura and a sweet potato roll.
