Subway... Meatball sub

Tonight I made chicken breasts in a garlic and lemon-lime reduction along with zucchini noodles and a cucumber and tomato salad. YUM!

Beef and bean chili with shredded cheese and Stonefree naan crisps tossed in for crunch. Blueberry fizzy water to drink.

Had "pasties"....a Minnesota - Wisconsin ...specialty... Savoury individual meat-veg ( mostly potato ) dough-pocket, baked pies....Generally a half circle shape.
Excellently good if drowned in ketchup and some inoffensive American beer. |

Lean Cuisine Ranchero Braised Beef with Sweet Potato. Special K White Fudge Dipped Pretzels.. And Black Cherry Yogurt. Yum!

Makin' tacos tonight-- beef, soft corn tortillas, pico de gallo, cheese, and lettuce.

Steak grilled with some honey habanero butter, & baked zucchini chips. I also made broiled tomato slices with basil and parmesan cheese.

I had the last piece of Dominos pizza and then I made two small poor man's pizzas from a sandwich thin, pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms and shredded mozz. Blackberry (cold) and blueberry (tepid) fizzy water to drink.

We had date night dinner at Chili's:wine:
Texas cheese fries Prime rib burritos Molten chocolate cake Kasey had a corona margarita, and I had iced tea w/o lemon I'm feeling very full, good thing i skipped lunch! |
BBq'd some chicken and stove top green beans.

Tandoori Malai Shrimp, garlic naan bread, and rice....Indian Style. My honey's birthday is Monday, so she wanted to go out with a bunch of friends & have Indian food! OMG! It was awesome.

Grilled porkchops, white rice, corn and salad, with water to drink.

Lean Cuisine Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli, black cherry yogurt.. And Special K Brownie Bites.. :)

I just ate the last of the chicken salad with some crackers, for desert I ate a really sweet peach.
