My third night with the chipoltle Velveeta...
Last night I added veggie mix...okra corn and peppers...tonight I diced up turkey ham and mixed that in too...it was tasty and easy |

Actually, I have ground beef thawed out, but couldn't decide what I wanted to cook so I will just grill a burger w/cheese, and have that with a salad and half of an avocado. |
I had baked curly fries and a chipotle black bean burger on a multigrain sandwich thin with horseradish sauce, steak sauce, mixed sliced peppers, baby arugula and thin sliced provolone. Golden peach flavored water to drink.

Tonight we are having baked onion rings and sloppy bbq sandwiches.

I had a bite of each of these.....a meatball in marinara, an Italian sausage in same marinara, 2 bites of homemade lasagna, and a small piece of chicken piccata...OMG was that ever good!!!
I had 3 sugarsnap peas, 2 small carrots, and a celery stalk. I stayed within confines of my "diet" and I did not even touch the Italian crème birthday cake...:hangloose: Went to a friend's "milestone" birthday party with 23 other sisters!!!! |

I made fish, shrimp, hushpuppies and mixed veggies for everyone else. I'm allergic to seafood, so I had a pepperoni and cheddar sammich. mmmmmm

Grilled Pork chop, salad and steamed green beans.

Fancy green salad loaded with all kinds of extras. Topped with steamed shrimp, yum!

Baked, seasoned swai with a super small chopped romaine leaves, diced tomato slice, thin sliced raw onion, with 2 strawberries....(a max. of 4 oz. following my bariatric diet!!!)

Last night, I had most of a huge burrito from Moe's (on whole wheat, black beans, rice, sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions, steak, sour cream, guac, cheese, diced cukes and tomato, black olives and fresh salsa. Tomatillo sauce and mild salsa on the side with restaurant chips. Flavored water to drink.

I went to my favorite place and had the special
Grilled tilapia with sauteed broccoli, carrots and bell peppers in a Madras curry coconut sauce with rice. Served with banana chutney and garnished with Ming bean sprouts. I wrote it down verbatim since I could never remember it all. It was awesome. But I could've skipped the chutney... |
I am making a grilled salmon salad with an orange vinaigrette.

Today was my day off and I made a big batch of chicken salad, a batch of egg salad, and I made my spouse a graham cracker pudding "ice box cake". So I will probably have egg salad with pork rinds here in a bit, and spouse had chicken salad sandwich with chips.:hangloose:
