I had sushi. I also had mussels & oysters on the half shell, and some coconut shrimp and Dim Sum and...Yummy Flan! I am a happy man! :)

Carrot ginger soup with cashew cream and fresh Thai basil, and a small grilled sandwich: Balthazar multi-grain bread, farm aged cheddar, thickly sliced organic apple-wood bacon, thinly sliced Empire apples, and a smear of garlic mustard on the bread. It was divine! Glass of chardonnay.

I got a great deal on some huge ass portabello mushrooms from our local farmers market...i mean they are hugeeeeee!!!
so we are having grilled portabello mushrooms with baked potatoes and a delicious spinach salad!!! :mohawk: |

Just finished dinner - I'm stuffed and now want to nap.
We had oven baked chicken, cheesy butternut squash risotto, green beans (w/bacon & almonds), sauteed sweet peppers, salad. And french bread with olive oil to dip it in. |
