I kinda forgot dinner...I had a crazy busy day....

So lunch was dinner...

and I had it rather late...so I guess it could be dinner...

I had the $5 lunch box from Taco Bell...substituted chicken all around...

Baja Blast to drink...cuz its like drinking a wine cooler without the need for a sobriety test... :)

Grilled salmon burger, grilled zucchini and mushrooms, fresh garden tomatoe slices, an avocado slice and for dessert blueberries.

Ooh.. I went out tonight for dinner tonight..

I had an appetizer of crab cakes with 1 (yes 1) potato chip. lol! Following that was a salad with green olives. Not a huge olive fan - but I am working on diversifying! The entre was Swordfish with cheese grits and green beans. The desert was a chocolate fudge crunch cake or something. I brought that sucker home - stuck a candle in it and made a wish!

Really good dinner!

I made the best chicken and dumplings that ever hit a taste bud, I made lot of it and now have plenty in the freezer for later.

Last night was BBQ vegetarian style.

To night i'm fixing a roast with carrots and potatoes toped wit mushrooms and sweet onions.

Last night: We went to whole foods and ate there-- my wife at a burrito bowl (rice, chicken and all the wonderful toppings) and I ate green chile chicken enchiladas with broccoli and fresh fruit.

Tonight: I just finished baking a pork roast that was seasoned in cajun rub and seared off in butter and honey. We'll eat this with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Tomorrow: We'll enjoy the beef and broccoli stir fry that I made today. It's always better the next few days after it sits a bit and things marinate longer.

Tonight I am making shrimp fried rice and steamed veggies.

white rice, jerk seasoned jack fruit grilled, zucchini, onions, cauliflower, and broccoli sauteed

lemon pepper chicken and steamed veggies

Thick cut peppered bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches.

Yes we like our BLT's around here.

We're going to have some g/f pizza with a salad tonight-- and let the stir fry be a weekend dinner.

Tonight will be

homemade chicken apple sausages
toast w/gravy
salad
and fresh fruit
sweet tea to drink!

Had baked salmon with mango sauce on white rice and a glass of sweet tea and a side salad!

Being it is well over 100*, I just made some chicken salad for dinner or when ever you want it. I'm going to stuff a tomato with the salad and have some ritz crackers along with a pickle.

Freshly picked from the field corn on the cob, broccoli, some string beans, and a tender young cucumber from the garden.

Going out for Gyros with a friend. :) Yum!
