I made a chicken pot pie with potatoes, green peas and cremini mushrooms.
Also, a Honey Crisp apple shared with Brittany. |
Serving of doctored up Prego Spaghetti Sauce -
1 part Italian sausage and garlic 1 part no added sugar With a left over little bit of each - purple onion sliced mushrooms diced red bell pepper ground hamburger tomato sauce diced tomato and extra spices/seasonings so as to not waste and make the sauce stretch a bit further. This over Barilla gluten-free spaghetti. On the side black olives and broccoli florets. For dessert sliced canned pears with a sprinkle of cinnamon and lime flavored caffeinated sparkling water to drink. |
We cook sometimes but I think tonight we will just go visit a fav diner-type food-cart place and invest in keeping a small business afloat.
Mexican cuisine + a glass of draft beer and wedges of lime. |

- Egg rolls - Pot stickers - Egg drop soup (Brittany enjoyed the last droplets on top of her dog food) - Mongolian beef - steamed rice Followed by a cup of hot cocoa, which I guess does not go with Chinese food, but who cares? It is delicious nonetheless. |
I had Greek pasta salad, 7 bean salad, American Chop Suey, popcorn and Cheez-Its (the big ones) with several cups of flavored water.
I may be getting hormonal again. :blink: |
