Yummy Tomato Basil Soup...sooo good!!

4 cans diced italian tomatoes
1 large can condensed tomato soup
3/4 jar Parmesan cheese
1 large can water
1 large can milk

Combine diced tomatoes and tomato soup in a crock pot or large pot. Fill tomato soup can once with milk and once with water. Pour Parmasan cheese over top and stir in.

The cheese will take a bit to melt into the soup. Cook on low for a couple hours until cheese is melted..

I prefer 1% as well but most people drink 2% I find. Good for you corrupting them ;) Your welcome for the cookies.

Lots of mushrooms ( I need vitamin D)
Onions, garlic, tomatoes; stewed,chopped,paste, and an herb mix.

Rice steamer ready to go as well..
Mmmmmm, lunch tomorrow :)

Stormy out, so cooking oven BBQ'd chicken breasts instead of grilling outside. Also field peas with snaps, steamed broccoli with baby portabellas.

I got some to go dinner from the local market....

It is Mediterranean style tilapia with couscous and I also got some lovely Turkish eggplant to go with it....and some artisan rosemary garlic bread...
I don't have to cook well when I can purchase so much gooder :)

BUT....

Teddy is hung up at work til god knows when....so I'm gonna have cereal and maybe wine (in a plastic cup, wine glasses haven't made the journey to the new house yet) and call it a night....

It was very good to...

shhh while she was napping I added garlic, onion, and salt...oh and more Parmesan cheese... :blush: but it would have been yummy without it babygirl...:bunchflowers:
