I had a giant salad with sunflower seeds, smoked bacon, kale, cabbage, carrots and a yummy mild citrus dressing followed by a big ole red velvet muffin.

I put a roast in the crock pot with some beef stock, onion soup and au jus gravy mix...that will be served on a toasted Hoagie Roll with Provolone (French Dip Sandwich) and chips

I'm going to a Lesbian dance at the local community center tonight. I'll probably be eating pretzels, drinking bottled water and listening to "We Are Family".

I took one of those Lipton (or Knorr) pasta mixes Spicy Thai Chili to be exact, added some frozen veggies to the boiling water...broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix to be exact...and added a can of (drained) chicken...
Dinner for under 2 bucks and there was enough for 2 helpings...go ME |

We had breakfast-
I made a hash made of sauteed mushrooms, garlic, red onion, diced sweet potatoes served over TJs power greens, topped off with sweet Italian sausage and 2 fried eggs. |
It was hunt and peck while on hold with the Geek Squad tonight. Sweet potato fries, a tangerine, guacamole bites, blueberry almonds, Starburst and Coke.
