What made me smile today...

marking another big ol' red x on the calendar ~ 17 days until Cancun!

the sunshine is back shining bright today.

seeing the azaleas starting to bloom

left-over angel food cake for breakfast.

in a couple hours it will be nice enough to be outside for the rest of the day. Yard work always makes me smile.

What made me smile today....

Hearing "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence on the radio today, and it flashing me back to kareoke at the Oakland Bash. Me, G & Goofy singing backup for Candace... all the way across the room. Swaying, singing "wake me up, can't wake up, save me..." with cocktails in hand, with the biggest smiles on our faces.

our crazy felines that sit out on our porch and then when the door is open for them to come and go as they please my male cat is sitting right where he always sleeps...even though he can go out and be outside lol guess hes persnickitty lol
