Out of the ordinary for me... chicken wings and fries.

- ham and potato casserole (from scratch - this does not involve any Campbell's soup)
- glazed carrots - probably ice cream for dessert |
Tacos!
I am making beef tacos tonight, and my delicious homemade salsa and guacamole! Kimberly and Katie are super excited 💁🏼♀️🥰

Shepard's pie though different than I make my own. This was basically sloppy joe sauce instead of a gravy. It was interesting.

Had to eat it or else I was going to have a potato garden. Lol Water Berries and cottage cheese later. |

I'm going to create that anti pasta salad I posted in the Glorious food thread. I have almost all the fixings, no artichokes ( even though I really like them) but I'm adding asparagus and yellow squash.
I even have the salami and tortellini! |

I had hamburger on rye and crinkle cut fries. Very good. I’ve gotten better at frying the fries.
Next time I’ll try making them in the instapot/air fryer top thingy. And some lemon chocolate covered almonds for dessert. |

No cooking today...
Dinner will be leftover brussel sprouts, carrots and potatoes with roasted seaweed, and a large salad with maybe 2 different types of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, freshly sqeezed lemon juice, basil, sea salt and maybe some nuts or seeds and sliced pear or sliced plum. I'll decide when I put it together which fruit to add.
