Last night was peanut butter on a warm tortilla. It was quick, easy, and fast.

I had spaghetti with meat sauce again . . . there was lots left over from last night!

At work I ordered a Beyond Burger with avocado and pickles, and I had a side of sweet potato fries, and a diet root beer. It was great, just what I was in the mood for.

I had a chicken, spinach and mushroom panini, veggie rings, dill pickle chips and Nerds. Water to drink.

Well, tonight is another food truck. I studied the menu and had my sights set on stuffed shrimp.
However, said truck is a no show. So I was pouting all the way back upstairs, knowing I had to make dinner! I had a hamburger patty topped with sauerkraut, swiss cheese, on top of a green salad. |
Saag Paneer (the one and only) and a blue jolly rancher (you might be wondering... I got some in bulk from Amazon).

Vegetarian chili and a lettuce leaf salad with cucumber, yellow pepper, tomato, and freshly squeezed lemon.

We picked up Chinese food takeout.
Spicy orange chicken with rice and an egg roll. Egg foo young with shrimp, rice, and brown gravy. Yummy! :eating: |

I'm heading off to a Holiday kick off celebration at the town square.
I'll be stopping for a firehouse sub and sneaking in some wine! |
