Too much work travel. I bought mom fried chicken from a family owned business. She is happy.

I made fried bean burritos w several toppings..sour cream, ranch dressing, salsa, avocado, olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce
Vanilla Ice Cream w a homemade Strawberry Topping, Whipped Cream, Cherries and Toasted Almonds

IF you have any leftovers, I'd be more than willing to take them off your hands...:eating:

When my brother came back from down east this fall he brought me a lot of trout, salmon and cod frozen in ice which I can use all winter unless I find a good sale on fresh northern fish then I can buy that and save my stored ones.
I eat a lot of fish and try to only eat non farmed.
Tonight, meat pie and tater tots.

Sliced lemon-herb chicken breast and boiled small potatoes

And at just what time do you figure to be dishing that up...:nerd:

- chicken browned and then cooked in the pressure cooker
- sauteed mushrooms and onions
- mashed potatoes
- green beans

I went grocery shopping today and found some interesting items for dinners.

I'm having Red Quinoa stir fry w/veggies (mini corns, sugar snap pea pods, water-chestnuts, broccoli buds and slivered almonds) with Orange Miso sauce. There is even tiny red peppers in it, the spicy kind.

Water to drink. Hot herbal tea, later.


Walnuts and cashews, for dessert.

- Pizza! with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and onions
- applesauce
- oatmeal cookie

As Seinfeld would say....."that's a shame"
