Crock pot chicken and vegetables. Crock pot dishes always make me look like a domestic goddess, even though I really didn't do anything. Haha :)

Chicken fajita wraps. Spiced chicken, lots of veggies, mexican style rice, salsa and a fat free sour cream/guac dip rolled into a sundried tomato wrap.

Either a glass of milk or a tall glass of water with lime to drink
