Butch Femme Planet - What are you having for dinner tonight?

The drumstick is well loved around here. Tonight they will be marinated in a sauce i made with Sriracha sauce, citrus juices, soy sauce, and spices. Rice Almondine and steamed broccoli on the side.

I had the last two bites of the edamame salad and the last 5 bites of the Greek pasta salad and I had some Lloyd's pork bbq with mac 'n cheese mixed with broccoli.

I did end up making the spaghetti and meat sauce and some cheese bread in the oven. Was good and was STUFFED :) Plenty of leftover for lunch :) minus the cheese bread :(

well i'm not dieting, for sure. i'm having homemade chicken and dumplings, corn on the cob, a roll or two, and sugar sweetly stirred in my glass of tea.

i did not make these dumplings, btw. i have a cook that dines with me every lovely occasion or so. and i thank her.

Dinner

Hi,

I ate sausage and black-eyed peas for dinner. It was good.

I have a confession to make......yesterday I made box potatoes for my lunch! I could not eat them because they were awful! I had to throw the entire batch out. I have not tried to eat them for 15 years and I did not remember them being so bad. I hope my memory does not fail me again :(.
