Chicken breast,(I am growing tired of chicken now, time for a change!) Zebra basmati rice cooked with lemon, and a green salad with chopped veggies.

Japanese ramen noodles from the noodle house, they have pork belly, bamboo shoots, green onions and an egg.

Dessert was Japanese Ice Cream

Taking my sister to Chinese about 4ish.

Spaghetti squash, olives and parmesan.

Chicken baked with chunked up celery, carrots, onions, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, and a tossed salad of romaine lettuce, carrot, sweet onion, radish, grape tomatoes, pimento stuffed olives, pepperoncini, and ranch dressing.

I actually made something different...

Flounder, seasoned with lemon and TJ's every day spice (next time I will saute some garlic in the pan before I cook) oh yes, pan sauteed along with brussel sprouts and some sugar snap pea stir fry frozen veggies...mostly for color..

It was ok...I had wanted salmon but the store was out...flounder in thin filets loses its flavor when frozen. And I always prrfer a nice, chunky piece of fish, compared to flat-as-a-board. But then, I also prefer to bake my fish. But the only pan my roomie owns is of the pizza variety...with holes and all. My stuff is in storage...

No cooking for me tonight! I treated myself to an awesome sub on whole wheat with maple/honey turkey, spinach, apple slices, black jack cheddar, onions and bell pepper. :)

Hi,

it is Sunday and the cooking has begun. I am making beef stroganoff with mushrooms on egg noodles for my lunches. I am also making yummy potato and bacon tacos for my breakfast.
