Being im all alone for the week cause the kid went to Dallas on buisness,I aint cooking unles I want to..I just took some frozen soup out of the freezer,thawed it then nuked it.

I snacked on butter popcorn when I came home and Ebon brought me baked beans and potato salad and PIE from a visit with friends.

Last day of vacation cooking
Tonight I am making roast chicken, corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes and for dessert berry cobbler.
Back to work tomorrow and no more fun cooking for weeks :: pout :: |
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, brown rice, some light alfredo sauce, and some onions and veggies sauted and mixed in. Sweet potato pie to finish.

My mom is treating me to steak tonight. I am going to be bad and eat every bite that i can.
Tomorrow night SnackTime and i are cooking for Shadows Papa and tickled pink. Something not so high on the calorie chain. I'm sooooo excited!!!!!! |

Oh yes that does sound yummy for dinner tonight its pizza from Trader JOe's and it yummy and a salad some yogurt for later on and a banana as a snack...

Baby greens and herb salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar, half of an avocado, half a cup of greek yogurt, about a quarter cup of sunflower seeds. Later I'll have a protein shake.

Oh dear god, my dinner!
I made a spinach salad that is nearly sexual, it's so good. Organic spinach, dried cherries, toasted pecans, a little goat cheese and some homemade dressing of orange juice, a touch of oil, honey, and paprika. Um, yum. YUM! |

Comfort food: sloppy joe sandwich on whole wheat potato roll, mashed sweet potatoes, corn. Finishing with a cup of gingerbread coffee.
