TOFU...butch style
TOFU....my wife cubes the super firm....adds to ziploc with miso, soy sauce, & I asked for 2 tbsps. peanut butter. I massaged the cubes really well, made sure miso, etc was well mixed & smooth.
I "air fried" them on 375 for 15 minutes...OMG....I WILL surely repeat this recipe. I added them to my salad, some mango chunks, & it was Deeeeeevine!! |

Good size Angus home burger with bacon and cheese and anything else it would hold. Ice tea.

An asparagus and parmesan omelet with herbs, small green salad, sausage (maybe). Rebel ice cream for dessert.

I am thinking some homemade chinese food is in order. It will basically end up being a version of chop suey, done with pork.

I'm going to share with my Mom, hibachi steak and salmon. Comes with rice and veggies. I'm adding a spicy tuna roll as well. Just for me!
She also requested a Kit kat bar. |

Canned roast beef chunks in brown gravy Frozen mixed vegetables The weather has cooled, not over 100 today but 95 is still pretty hot. I'm taking the lazy way out. Running the air and doing a simple microwave meal. |

Shopping yesterday got me one big beautiful Tbone steak cooked med rare and with left over potatoes with sauteed onions. Can't wait for dinner LOL.

Last night Mom and I shared a Cuban Sandwich, apple slices, cheese and grapes. She gobbled up a halo orange as well
Tonight on the share menu, will be shrimp and avacado cocktail with a side chicken cranberry salad (mix) |
I think I am going to go simple and easy - Manwich sandwich with some plain chips on the side - maybe some cottage cheese.

Pulled pork BBQ with cole slaw on a brioche bun, potato salad, corn on cob for me.
I made my wife a chipotle mexican sausage (vegan) on a brioche with same sides as mine (except corn on cob). It was a quiet, intimate dinner for just us 2! |

Last night was buffalo shrimp followed by cantelope sprinkled with Tajin. So good.
Tonight will probably be baked curried wings with more cantelope for dessert. |

Watermelon chunks. Me, lemonade sparkling water. Mom, maybe coffee? I've been having dinner practically every night now. |
I am hanging with My sister and we decided to do Taco (Wednesday) yes, yes we are some crazy peeps over here!
Now, if you only knew the suggestions My sister made and how many times she changed her mind! (laughing) |
