I had mac 'n cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, a dill pickle slice and some gummy bears.

think I will make a cold salad with it? spinach, olives (black) mushrooms, whatever else I can find, might go to store and get more avocados..... love me some avocado. :pirate-steer: arghhhh!!!! |
I had a salad of baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, tangy smoky bacon dressing, shredded cheese, croutons, smoked bacon bits and julienned peppers with two Halos also. Cotton candy for dessert.

but then again, I said that about 6 months ago, too. So I guess it's true what they say about "Chinese" food. |
Last night I lightly breaded some cubed steaks that I pounded out real thin and fried them quickly on the grill with avocado oil. I covered them in red sauce and cheese for the win. We also had salad and garlic bread.

I have no idea...I thought I had to work so I took nothing out to prepare..
I made chipoltle flavored Velveeta. Shells for lunch so I guess I can have that with some kind of veggie...but its rather late to eat... |
Smoked 2 bacon cheddar burgers...placed them on 2 romaine leaves with slice fresh, local tomato & sweet onion, Duke's mayo....applewood bacon baked beans....:)

I opened the fridge; dumped every little plastic container of left-overs into a bowl; shoved it into the microwave for 2 and a half minutes; and ate it.

Mashed avocado with salt and pepper on toasted bread and steamed brussel sprouts.

I packed my dinner for work: veggie "chicken" pattie on low carb bread with lettuce, Coleslaw, creamy mustard and sunflower seeds sprinkled on top, an apple, 2cheese sticks, mint water.

I fixed fried fish, mac.-n-cheese, spinach, cornbread ,& baked potatoes.. (to bad I cant smell or taste anything d/t me being yucky feeling..:nixon:

Baked stuffed chicken breast with some fries on the side.

A friend and I went to the National Art Gallery and had a fine time wandering around. Then we went to a local eatery, had 15$ burgers ( they really are good and worth every penny), shared a pitcher of terrific "Beyond the Pale" IPA and spent the next 3 hours sharing a copy of the Sunday New York Times.....what a great Sunday.
