I had a huge lunch so I will snack tonight. Maybe chips and salsa and/or queso.

Dinner was meat sauce with homemade pasta, ( bought locally), with some shredded Parmesan. What made the night was some peanut-butter swirl ice cream in a bowl with a spoonful of additional melted crunchy peanut-butter in the bottom of the bowl!! Talk about diggin your ice cream! hehehehe

The GF grilled a rib eye steak on the grill and made a great salad with avocado, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and garnished with some pecans.

Fresh pears for desert. 🍐🍐

I cleaned up!

Last night was grilled wings with yum yum sauce and grilled Brussels sprouts.

I know! You told us about it (Rocks asked a question, I think?). I had never heard of it till you mentioned it in a posting.

I like it with grilled chicken, fish, and veggies. It's great. Thanks for the tip, Gemme!

Tonight will be chili mac with cheese on top. If I feel like cooking anything else today, there will also be yellow crookneck squash casserole with cheddar cheese.

I am having a burger on an almond flour hamburger bun, rutabaga fries and leftover steamed veggies.

Bratwursts with Saurkraut, rice and a mixed veggies.

yesterday was burrito with spanish rice, refried beans, tomato and onion

today...pancakes! (vegan style..used apple sauce instead of eggs)

Kale chips, cauliflower tater tots and bbq chicken :) Hopefully my love will take us out for frozen yogurt later. A girl can dream... And maybe the dogs will get a few licks :)

I can't help it, BUT every time I hear "big salad" I smile and think of Seinfeld!
