I am truly a playful femme...I am married, but flirty. I like games of all kinds (except those that negatively affect human emotions)..and just love to play. I was probably leaning more towards the flirty aspect of myself when I picked my name tho. ;) |
Well mine is from having a lil girl whom I adore and Im a butch I love the femmes.. so I luv2luvgirls

Mine is an adaption from a screen name from another site. I was GemmeFemme at that time. I'm a Gemini and all that entails and I'm Femme. I like poetry and so the alliteration of GemmeFemme appealed to me.
Here, most folks knew me already, so I thought I'd be more casual. Gemme, Gemmie or Kat are fine to address me as long as folks keep in mind it's Gemme, like gem or gemini and not "gimme". I really, really loathe being called the wrong name, especially one that denotes being selfish or greedy. |

I chose it because, plain and simple I just wanted to be known as a lady named 'Rie from alabama. |

I was known as LrdDarby on the old aol days, & a friend said I was "Very Darbonaire"....a play on debonaire so...it stuck & I love it ! Good topic....should be fun to see what other's say !

Guihong means "precious ruby" in Mandarin Chinese. It is the name of one of my students in China. We became close friends, and I used her name online later :).

Dancing brings me great joy. Dancing is my therapy, my emotional release, my great escape. I think that if I had to choose one or the other, I'd choose having the opportunity to dance at least once a week with a strong lead who loves to dance with me and would help me really develop my dancing skills as far as I realistically can, than to settle down and get married to someone who wasn't willing to dance with me at all, even if all we did was hold each other close and rock around in a circle.

A long long time ago in a far away land, a gay land (not Dash), I was chatting a lot in a Butch femme room. On that chat site at the time, you didnt' have registered names so you could go in as one name one minute, leave the room and go back in as another.
So one day, I looked to see who was in the chat room and there was a snow white. Because I like to make people laugh, I thought it would be funny to go in as one of the dwarves. So I took a few minutes and tried to figure out which dwarf I wanted to be... hmmm Dopey... no.... grumpy..not at that time... doc.. nawww... sneezy.. I didn't have a cold.. bashful.. well that kind of fits... happy.. too over the top... sleepy.. hmmm now I do love to take naps.. So I chose Sleepy.. SleepyDwarf? That doesn't seem good... I'm not dwarf like in any aspect. Hmmmm... well how about Butch... SleepyButch.. okay.. so I went for it.. went in the room.. got a lot of laughs and so it stuck. I was this on the Dash site and now here... will be this forever as it fits. The end. |
