March 14th is International Question Day
Today is International Question Day - What does that mean? It means, in order to live life to its potential, we need to learn how to ask better questions.
http://questionday.com/ According to the official website, "The goal of International Ask a Question Day is for people to benefit from asking more and better questions. Everyone asks questions; few people use them powerfully or as successfully as they could." It continues by saying there 12 reasons to ask questions: *Gather information *Learn and teach *Think clearly, critically, strategically *Challenge assumptions *Clarify and confirm listening *Catalyze productive conversation *Build and maintain relationships *Reflect and build awareness *Solve problems and make decisions *Set and accomplish goals *Negotiate and solve conflicts *Create and innovate new possibilities I think it might be fun for each person who wants to participate on this thread to pick a question from 1 of the 12 categories and ask a question to the bfp audience. You can either post a question or respond to a question previously posted, or both! My question is from the set and accomplish goals category - Do you currently have set/defined goals for your future, or do you prefer to go with the flow and face life as it unfolds? :clover: |
I have set/defined goals for the day, week, month, year, decade, and lifetime. Also the next hour.
My question is from the "Think clearly, critically, strategically" category: Would you rather fight 1 horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses? |
