I made my own version of franks n beans...

I saute diced onion and pepper in a little olive oil, then cut the franks (I use turkey) up in slices...add that to the pan, then once those are browned, I add a can o' beans. Let it simmer and add some stuff in (worcestershire sauce, smoked tabasco sauce, mustard...usually I add ketchup but I didn't have any)

It's quite tasty like this...
