Last night: We went to whole foods and ate there-- my wife at a burrito bowl (rice, chicken and all the wonderful toppings) and I ate green chile chicken enchiladas with broccoli and fresh fruit.
Tonight: I just finished baking a pork roast that was seasoned in cajun rub and seared off in butter and honey. We'll eat this with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Tomorrow: We'll enjoy the beef and broccoli stir fry that I made today. It's always better the next few days after it sits a bit and things marinate longer.
