i normally walk the perimeter of my work building at least 4 times a day....which i am told is equivalent to a mile....it has been so hot i am down to one lap a day in the morning when it is cool....
nyc i have done this every day for 10 years ....i have to do it at the same time every day....and make it a part of my day...otherwise i find i wont exercise at all....
i dont put my laps at work in here because it is only a mile...but i thought my routine might be helpful for others
