Chocolate milk to drink.
Red, white and blue for my sweet tooth. I used the aerosol whipped cream this time and put it in the bowl first and covered it with blueberries and then sliced the strawberries over that. Let it sit for a minute and then fold it in so all the bits are covered. As the aerosol evaporates, it basically creates a creamy glaze over the fruit. Super yummy!
My protein was honey chipotle beef jerky and 2 organic brown eggs, scrambled with cashew milk.
