I will try this thank you, I have been trying some thin low fat bagels, I think they would be good with some jam {jelly} on too.

I squirt the Agave Nectar right into my tea or anything else I might drink. I use it instead of jelly on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I put it in my oatmeal.

I will have to see if they sell it here, I may be able to get it on line from a health shop I think, the after taste does put me off some sugar subs.
And what do you use instead of the peanut butter ? !
