1) Taking the long way home.
2) Curling up on pillows late at night and drifting off to sleep.

4) Giving your time gladly to aide in another's efforts. Nothing feels so good as when you've given from the heart.
5) Respectfulness. Being or showing respect, in situations where respect is least likely to be shown, will be remembered in ways that improves ones life.

7) Giving your child a hug, when they least expect it, can make a big difference in how they feel.
