Too big - too much work to maintain. Like living in your own private jail.
2.
HOAs and restrictions - don't even try to tell me what I can and cannot do to my own house and those people who take a little bit too much glee in enforcing these rules.
3.
Too close to each other - if I look out my window and can see someone at their window looking at me, I'm gonna freak out!
