I was so hungry ...
We had steaks on the grill, baked potatoes with sour cream, steamed mixed vegetables. I had milk to drink. Then I had a large milkshake.
My khakis and jeans seem to be sliding off my hips. When I am off work, I am doing lots of heavy duty manual labor lately, lot of lifting and carrying "heavy." I think I was not eating enough. More muscled up than normal right now but still don't need to be dropping weight. Anyway, great excuse for milkshakes.
