I already roasted a sweet potato to help take the cold, damp edge off the house... ( I AM NOT turning on the heat until November!)
With that I will have a pan fried chicken breast which I think I will season with this neat coffee bbq rub I found at Trader Joes....
Veggies on the side...
Finally finishing up the damn cake I made a week (or two?) ago. Even sharing with the dogs (dont worry; its not chocolate!) it takes forever for one person to eat an entire cake.....
