I'm listening to truly irritating cackling crackling elevator music as I'm on hold with my internet provider,,,, 35 minutes now. at least I know I'm connected and it isn't the silence of doom purgatory when you don't even know if you are connected but don't dare hang up and lose your place in the line-up of customers that are so "very important to them"
