I, sadly, have not officially worked out in a while although I've done plenty of manual labor and movement with intent. These 12 hour days are getting to me and it doesn't help when Oliver decides I've had enough sleep and it's time to get up.
He's 8! He and I are both middle aged. It's all those afternoon naps he gets.
