I sautéed that sweet Andouille sausage with sliced mini peppers and some broccoli and made two kinds of rice. I had a pile of the goodness on top of red beans and rice and a pile of goodness on top of basmati rice. Both good, although the basmati was a better fit overall. A mandarin on the side and a handful of gummy bears and a couple of cookies for dessert.
