I didn't want to get stuck with a lot of food that would likely go bad, so I cooked a small turkey, and a small pan each of cornbread dressing with giblet gravy, & broccoli and rice with cheese. I also had plain green beans and cranberry sauce. Even still, there are enough leftovers for 2 or 3 days. The carb overload nearly put me in a coma, but it sure was good.
