* Yes Planeteers, I am aware there is an interview with Salinger why there wasn't a movie made, but this was 1957 for pete's sakes! IMDB does something cute, they claim "Catcher in the Rye" is a movie that is an hour and something long but it is all blue screen. LOL

Who would play Holden Caufield? Some see his character as nothing but a whiny little brat so who should play him? First person who comes to mind is Justin Bieber.

While you go after this Hollywood, it is time to update and remake "Soylent Green," the timing could not be better.
