So I moved back to the Twin Cities about a month ago. I figured a great way to meet other lesbians was to join a few Meetup groups in the area - now I just need to gather up the courage to go. I also signed up on a couple of dating sites, and still have yet to have a date. The first thought I have is, am I defective somehow? The women who have contacted me really haven't been my type. Sure, I would love to go out on a date, but by no means do I want to settle. Not going out with someone just for the sake of going out, you know? I'm genuine, honest, loyal, and I don't think I'm all that bad to look at. Why does this have to be so dang hard? My friends keep telling me I need to go out and actually meet people. Perhaps I should take that advice.
