I miss back when life was simpler....old fashioned Christmas....none of the commercialism like today...

I miss my parents & siblings, & grandmother.....life was far richer then....rich in quality, love, & being together...

Yes, I miss those long ago, wonderful, simple Christmas holidays...an old sock filled with an orange, apple, peppermint stick,a handful of silver coins (usually no more than a dollar BUT oh boy that went a long ways...... & a book of lifesavers!!!! Couple of pieces of chocolate..REAL chocolate...

I miss the simplicity of having a "big" gift and 3 or 4 smaller ones.....usually new pj's, new shoes, and a couple outfits for school....heart gifts....
