People in my life, some I know - many I don't know well at all, did remarkable acts of caring kindness toward me, so I'm going to take the blessings bestowed upon me and pass them to others by 1) spreading that love and kindness to others by 2) sharing what I have with others, in 3) random ways (ie, give my time and energy to help someone clean their house or make a lovely supper for someone who hasn't had a nice meal to eat or go to the power company and put some money down on a person's power bill -stuff like that, helping another person to keep on going, even if it's only some small, 'silent ', act of loving kindness).
Please give me (or tell me about) 3 things you're thinking about changing in your life that helps not only you, but others in your life.
