Well, I survived. If that is taking it easy on me, I'm going to look like Ahhhnauld before too long.

This session was free because he's a sweetie pie. Wednesday's will not be. Not sure how much I burned or what good I did, but I sweated and grunted and felt the burn for half an hour with B. Before that, I warmed up on the treadmill walking .35 miles and burning about 35 calories for about 10 minutes.

I found a new machine to stretch on. It could prove to be helpful. Tomorrow, there's a yoga class. I might go. It would be my first. I've had a yoga video for about a year now and still haven't cracked the packaging on it.

Doh!
