I did my therapy today and it went pretty well, as soon as they get the pool fixed I will be swimming a couple of times a week, laws little do they know if I get in the pool I may never get out.. I love the water.
Not sure if this can be called therapy but I got a wild hair to bake so I have been elbow deep in bread dough, I call it brain therapy, works too.
