I actually cooked! It's nice to be home this week and can have time to make meals.
Breakfast was steak, scrambled eggs, fresh mushrooms.
Dinner was pork chops, fresh green beans & parmesan risotto. The risotto wsa store bought and it was okay but next time I'll just skip it.
I plan to cook again tomorrow. Yay!
