Hello my fellow exercisers! Happy New Years Eve!
So i was looking back at 2015, and I realized I ended right where I started. Same weight, same intentions to exercise more in the New Year.
The last few days I've been focusing on walking. Trying to get my 10,000 steps a day. Not always succeeding.
