I made eggs over hard....emphasis on hard...when i order at restaurants I ask the waitress to underline it...I cannot even SEE a bit of underxooked egg...but I digress...
Over hard eggs (2) with a sprinkle of Colby jack cheese...some Tabasco and turkey kielbasa and toast on the side...
