I had a really stressful day, a bunch of life stresses hitting me at once. I decided to get to the gym and "work it out"

. It did actually feel good. Today: 30 minutes StairMaster, Levels 2-4, 89 floors, 270 cal., 2.7 floors per minute. Then: 30 minutes floor exercises (legs, light abs), weight lifting, stretching, and yoga. Again there was that nice cool night breeze coming from outside, making me feel extra zen
