Going to try to copy my Mom's beef stew. Using that dutch oven I bought yesterday.

Trying new culinary skills when I have time I work so late most of the time. Can I just say, this past week or so, that Vietnamese Pho, Korean BBQ, and the green Chile Verde was so good. Easy when you have the right ingredients and definitely do-overs.

Psst..fresh ginger is my new friend.
