A lot of stuff going on in my brain these days...... My spouse and her declining health, my toxic job that I hate but need to pay our mortgage, family issues, the idea of bringing in a live-in caregiver to help me, learning how to relax and laugh again( I somehow forgot how to do this), etc etc.
