Other than this wonderful thread myday is starting off bad. My son has been sick and is now being difficult bout getting up and going to school. Plus i have to take a half a day from work to deal with cable ppl AGAIN. Its been ongoing for 2 weeks now BUT i have gotten a $7.59 credit thus far .gif)
anyway i need to go switch lenses on the camera..im tihnking wide angle would be better or perhaps a motion sensor camera..that way i capture everything

Scoote I had a problem with my phone for months. I must have put in 6 trouble tickets. I finally contact heads of dept and demanding they send someone out until it was resolved. Finally after 2 months they fixed it. I then called billing expecting a refund and they TRIED to give me 20 bucks. I told them they were out of their minds and that there was no way I was paying for service I didn't have. After an hour on the phone and speaking to supervisors I was credited for the whole two months i had crappy service. Don't take no for an answer. You should never pay for service you didn't get. There are laws protecting you from utilities. You just need to keep talking until they do it or file a complaint with your state.
