Survey says: Bernie Sanders

There is no reason to believe that any president elected will be of much use at all. Prior experience has shown us that the best we can hope for is a president that is committed to trying to do the least amount of damage to the average American as possible given the circumstance of a government that is controlled by a plutocracy. Bernie Sanders does give me hope. His record in Vermont, his consistency, his identification with socialism and so much more lead me to believe he might be/could be different and strong willed enough to be effective. But then I thought that about Obama as well and that didn't turn out to be the case. However there is no reason whatsoever to believe that Hillary would be able to untangle herself from big money long enough to do much good at all. And what can anyone say about Congress. It's more than useless to the American people. It is a hindrance to everyone. But there are some things that a president can do without Congress. POTUS is not a powerless position. Here are a couple of articles that talk about those things.

Another article courtesy of a post by Orema in her thread 2016 Presidential Candidates. I hope she doesn't mind my borrowing the link.
