I made fajitas for the boy...but not sure how everyone would feel about that...
It's a serve-yourself situation...warm tortillas, sirloin sliced thin, shredded cheese, salsa....I can do the onions and peppers on the side since I'm not sure who's a veggie eater here and who's not...and I've got tortilla chips and my odd little corn-black bean-onion-salsa dip thing I make...
Not sure what goes with that for dessert.....hmmmm.....
oooooooo I have an idea....how about some vanilla ice cream....and I'll make a nice hot topping of sliced bananas in butter, brown sugar and a shot of rum. Or there's homemade hot fudge for those that prefer it
