Nature inspired my dinner tonight...

I visited the "flowering bridge" in Lake Lure after hiking Chimney Rock today...

There was a whole heap of rosemary...so...I stole a little bit...not with any intention...just Cuz I like the smell...but on the drive home I decided to cook with it so...

I baked some red potatoes and chicken in butter, garlic and rosemary....added frozen veggies in at the end...salt and pepper...it was amazing....and it made the house smell so good. I can still smell it hours later....

I'm such a good cooker sometimes....lol

Neopolitan ice cream with Hershey's syrup for dessert....for example...
